PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products on katpelle.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Katpelle operates on a limited drop model once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the nature of leather and hand-finishing, slight variations in color and texture may exist between the product shown and the one delivered. These variations are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Katpelle reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct Bank Transfer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

SHIPPING

We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for major cities. Katpelle is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Katpelle offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all packaging intact. We do not offer refunds only exchanges. Items that appear used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. To initiate an exchange, contact us at hello@katpelle.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on katpelle.com including images, text, logos, and design is the property of Katpelle and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
