Katpelle provides nationwide shipping across Pakistan, ensuring our curated pieces reach you with precision and care. We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times for major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad are typically 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for remote regions.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipments are managed by our trusted logistics partners to ensure safe transit.
We offer free global shipping on all orders over $1000 (or equivalent in local currency). For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $100 applies via DHL International. Estimated delivery time is 15 – 30 business days worldwide.
Exchanges
We uphold a standard of excellence and wish for you to be entirely satisfied with your acquisition. Katpelle offers a 7 day hassle free return and exchange policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact. Bespoke or customised items may be exempt from this policy.

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) , Online Payment and direct Bank Transfers.
